FAQ
-
The Women's Bible Study is designed to help women grow in their faith while caring for the mind, body, and soul. Through Scripture, discussion, and practical psychological principles, participants will be encouraged to strengthen their relationship with God, build meaningful connections with others, and develop tools that support emotional well-being and personal growth.
-
No. This is not a therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment group. The Women's Bible Study is an educational, faith-based discussion group intended to encourage learning, reflection, and personal growth. It does not provide mental health diagnosis, treatment, or psychotherapy.
-
The study group encourages participants to recognize when additional support may be beneficial. If someone is experiencing significant emotional or mental health concerns, they will be encouraged to seek care from a licensed mental health professional who can provide appropriate evaluation and treatment.
-
Each session may include Bible study, group discussion, reflection, and practical applications that connect biblical teachings with psychological principles. The goal is to provide a welcoming environment where women can learn, encourage one another, and grow together.
-
Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome, regardless of where they are in their faith journey. Whether you are exploring Scripture for the first time or have studied the Bible for years, the Women's Bible Study is intended to be a supportive and encouraging place to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships.
What To Expect
ShineBright is launching a Women's Bible Study designed to nurture growth in the mind, body, and soul. Through the study of Scripture alongside psychological principles, participants will gain practical tools to strengthen their faith, improve their emotional well-being, build healthier relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. The study group will also emphasize the importance of recognizing when additional support is needed by encouraging women to seek guidance from licensed mental health professionals when appropriate while continuing to grow in their faith and within a supportive community.
